Behind the Kitchen —
In collaboration with Chef Juan Carlino, we designed a menu with various cold and hot dishes to be enjoyed all year around, with friends and family alike.
Our food celebrates the simplicity, depth, and subtle flavours of Latin cuisine. At Bacan, we only use local ingredients of the highest quality.
Our food is made with Canadian meat, sourced from a local Portuguese butcher and we use no preservatives or artificial flavours. We also pride ourselves on our extensive gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan menu options.
